Description
"What do you get when you cast Thoughtsteal on an Orc? Nothing!" - Tauren joke

Thoughtsteal is a Priest spell card. Its effect is to copy 2 cards from your opponent's deck and put them into your hand.

Strategy[edit]

Thoughtsteal provides Priest players with Card Advantage at the expense of Tempo.

Depending on the current metagame and the amount of aggressive decks used on the ladder, it can either be run once, twice or not at all. While it provides an advantage against control decks, adding a certain unpredictability to the Priest deck, it is almost unusable against aggro decks.

Thoughsteal suffers from the same problem as Mind Vision, it can copy cards that are unusable for the Priest, such as Deadly Poison or Shield Slam. It is therefore advisable to use Thoughsteal after the opponent has used some (or all) of these cards, reducing the chance of copying them.
