While Quake Champions is now the head game of the competitive Quake scene, there are still many players sticking by the old versions, like Quake II. Quake2 IGNITION 2018 is a Duel-tournament that will be played in a Showmatch fashion, with 2 players battling it out for the first prize of 253$. The tournament was originally inspired by EDL, which is a platform where European Quake II players compete versus each other.
