Congratulations on making editor. You'll notice that you now have autoreview status, which means that any of your edits will automatically be reviewed. However, if you edit a page that is currently a draft it will stay a draft, unless you or someone else reviews it. You can also do the basic level of reviews (except for quality pages) which will display that draft as the current revision of the page to all who look at it. On Liquipedia:Reviewing we've tried to write some of the guidelines for how to review. And Help:Flagged_Revisions details how the whole revision system works. Feel free to join us in chat on #liquipedia on quakenet if you have any questions or want to talk more to the rest of us. --salle (t, c) 15:29, 5 January 2012 (KST)

Image Copyright[edit]

Hi! I see that you have uploaded this image to the wiki. Thank you for providing FileInfo. However, we do not have permission to use that copyrighted image (|license=copyright instead of |license=permission). You will notice at the bottom of every submit page the insistence that all editors DO NOT SUBMIT COPYRIGHTED WORK WITHOUT PERMISSION! A rights holder's silence does not mean consent, please avoid uploading further copyrighted files in the future.

If you, however, do have permission to upload that file to the wiki, please change the licensing on the FileInfo and remove the request for deletion. Additionally, add the documentation of that permission to your comment or to the FileInfo itself. —itsjustatank 23:59, 30 May 2012 (KST)

Thanks for the note. Today, I emailed Ethan Ahn and got email permission to use his photos for Punisher, JKS, Harrier and First, the recent Code A qualifiers, for liquipedia purposes only. Now the files are OK to use.

I noticed many other player photos are listed with a copyright, without a permission note... What should we do about that? I also uploaded Mini's photo and by.sun's photo, one is from an older interview and the other from the SKT page. I guess I'll try to get permissions for those too. Lumpur 23:46, 31 May 2012 (KST)

Nice! Make sure to change the licensing of the image files in question to |license=permission. For the others, if you know the rights holder, you can ask them for permission. Otherwise, they will be marked for deletion in time. —itsjustatank 00:25, 1 June 2012 (KST)
So as part of Liquipedia's new photo copyright policy (unilaterally created by me), I'd appreciate it if you can email all your permission documents to
thanks! --tofucake 01:38, 20 June 2012 (KST)
