- Group Stage: May 10th - May 30th, 2021
- 32 players in 8 groups
- GSL (double-elimination) system
- All matches are Bo5
- Winners and Runner-ups advance to the playoffs
- Playoffs: May 31st - June 20th, 2021
- Single-elimination bracket
- Ro16, Ro8, Semifinals and 3rd place match are Bo7
- Finals is Bo9
