Only current high school or college students in Taiwan can participate.
Qualifiers - March 17th, 18th
- 2 groups with 40 teams play Bo3.
- Top 10 of each group advance.
- If signup teams are less than 30 teams, the qualifier won't be held. And the first 20 signed up teams play finals directly.
Finals - March 19th
- 1 group with 20 teams play Bo5.
