Elite Restriction

• Elite players can enter Cups, can't earn points, but can earn prizing.
• Teams with a mix of Elite and non-Elite players are allowed, the Elite players are subject to the above.
• Non-Elite players can still earn points from their placement if teaming with Elite players.
• Points will not be redistributed if an Elite team reaches a placement with points. The points for that placement vanish.
