The Call of Duty League 2020 Week 5 - Dallas is the 5th CDL Tournament in the Call of Duty League but was postponed to April 10th-12th and all matches would be played online due to the rapidly increasing spread of COVID-19 in the United States.

- Two Double-Elimination Groups
- Bo5 Series
- Top two (2) teams from each group advance to Bracket Stage
- Group stage winners advance to the Semifinals as High Seeds
- Group stage runners-up advance to the Semifinals as Low Seeds
