The tournament were to be divided into online European and American divisions, however, the two regional events were later combined into one single online event based in Europe. [1][2]

- Top two teams from each group advance to the Fall Finals
- Bottom two teams from each group advance to the Fall Showdown

- 1 August 31st - MIBR suspend dead following his coaching ban from ESL and DreamHack. [13]
- 2 September 13th - MIBR bench fer and TACO. FalleN requests to be benched in response to the benching of his teammates. [14][15]
- 3 October 21st - MIBR sign cogu as the team's head coach. [16]
- 4 October 23rd - MIBR sign LUCAS1, and acquire leo_drk and v$m on loan from Sharks Esports and DETONA Gaming, respectively, until the end of the year. [17]
- 1 October 16th - Team Vitality acquire Nivera from Team Heretics. [18]
