About[edit]
At Thursday 20th of February DreamHack and MTG launch their brand new eSports Studio in Västberga, Stockholm. Already the day after, it’s time for the first broadcast as DreamHack, TV6 and SteelSeries host the DreamHack SteelSeries CS:GO Invitational Friday 21st of February 2014.
- This invitational tournament will be a great follow-up on the DreamHack SteelSeries CS:GO Championship, where fnatic won their fourth DreamHack title and grabbed $100,000 infront of their home crowd. But this is also a great pre-tournament before EMS One Katowice in March that everybody is looking forward to, said Tomas Hermansson, Head of eSports at DreamHack.
DreamHack have invited four of the world’s best teams to the tournament, including the reigning DreamHack Champions Fnatic. The teams will face each other on LAN in the studio where the winner grabs $7,500 in prize money. [1]
You will be able to see the event live or on streaming on DreamHack CS and TV6 Play
