- 1 January 20th - R!OT Gaming replace toM with Ayrez. [27]
- 1 December 16th - Content are signed by Knights Esports. [28]
- 2 January 7th - Knights Esports drops their CS:GO team. They resume being called Content. [29]
- 1 December 23rd - Trident Esports release Trident Storm due to ESEA's league rules. Shortly afterwards, Royals ESC sign the squad. [30][31]
- 2 January 7th - Royals ESC's CS:GO squad is signed by Caladrius. [32]
- 3 February 14th - Caladrius release Deezy. [33]
- 1 January 3rd - Legacy Esports disband following the expiration of the players' contracts. Due to the players splitting up, it is currently unknown who holds the spot. [34]
- 2 PC419 are invited to the MDL in order to fill the spot left by Legacy Esports's disbandment, as they are the highest ranking squad from Relegation. [35]
- 3 January 23rd - ManicMunday joins PC419 as the team's coach. [36]
- 4 February 25th - ruokcj leaves PC419. [37]
- 1 CheeseLTD (previously known as this n that) are invited to the MDL in order to fill the spot left by Trident Esports disbandment, as they were the next highest ranking squad from Relegation after PC419.
