- All teams play each other in 2 consecutive Bo1 matches
- The top four teams advance to the Season 4 Finals.
- The bottom two teams are relegated to the Season 5 Challenger Cup, while the other teams continue directly to Season 5.

- 1 June 28th - NRG Esports sign AnJ. [1]
- 2 July 7th - OpTic Gaming sign former Counter Logic Gaming coach ImAPet. [2]
- 3 July 13th - Luminosity Gaming replace destinyy and shz with NEKIZ and chelo, while coach felippe1 also leaves. [3][4][5]
- 4 July 27th - NRG Esports release ptr. [6]
- 5 August 15th - Cloud9 acquire RUSH and tarik from OpTic Gaming, n0thing and shroud are benched. [7][8]
- 6 August 15th - Counter Logic Gaming sign Ryu as their new head coach.
- 7 September 1st - Renegades sign NAF as their permanent fifth. [9]
- 8 September 20th - 22nd - Immortals remove kNgV- from the team following the events of DreamHack Montreal. HEN1 and LUCAS1 then request to leave the team and are benched from the active roster. [10]
- 9 October 3rd-13th - Immortals sign horvy, destinyy and zqk. [11][12][13]
- 10 October 16th - NRG Esports sign RIKO with daps and moving to coach. [14]
- 11 November 5th - Dallas leaves the roster of Ghost Gaming. bee-1os- returns to the starting roster from his coaching role. [15]
- 12 November 7th - shz joins Immortals, completing their new roster. [16]
- 13 November 13th - steel is transferred to Team Liquid. [17]
- 14 November 15th - ryx is released from the roster of Ghost Gaming. [18]
- 15 November 21st - Immortals have forfeited all of their matches due to being unable to field more than 60% of their original roster. [19]
