In the tenth season of StarSeries, sixteen Counter-Strike:Global Offensive teams will be taking part in the Star divisions,with the same prize pool as last time - $30,000. Between season's some teams make huge changes, someone just changed players and other changed "home"/organization. This season USSR and Nostalgie past through ProSeries to take part in Star division. In addition, Na´Vi will be the standing champions, and will have to decent their position. 10th season will be first season for the spanish team Over Gaming.

This and much more will be offered during 10th season of StarSeries. The LAN finals will be held as always in Kiev, on 30-31 of August.

mousesports have decided that they will skip the LAN-finals in the end of august.[1]
SLTV announced that myXMG will take the place that was open due to mousesports decision not to go.[2]

Format[edit]

  • Online League:
    • Round Robin (All of the sixteen teams will play one match against other participants).
    • Series played in bo1 format.
    • For each win, a team gets 3 points, 1 point for draw and 0 for loss.
  • Offline Finals:
    • LAN finals at Ukraine «Kyiv Cybersport Arena»
    • Top 4 teams from League.
    • Double-elimination bracket - BO3.
    • Grand Final BO5.
    • In the Grand Final, the team coming from the Winner's Bracket will start with a one game advantage.
