Overview[edit]

de_vertigo was created by Chris "Narby" Auty and introduced on June 27th, 1999 in Counter-Strike Version 1.1. [1] It is the only active duty map that you can fall off of. The map is available in Counter-Strike (1.1-1.6 and later), Counter-Strike: Condition Zero and CS:GO. In 2021, alongside Operation Riptide's release, Vertigo changed its logo, though keeping the number 51. It previously had a red shade with a tilted square in the center with the number 51 as seen in this picture, currently it is this (but without the 2021 on the corner)
