- 1 February 18th - WESG announce that one of the two final invite spots will be allocated to a China Last Chance Qualifier. [2]
- 2 February 28th - Viva is recalled from is loan to CyberZen. [3]
- 1 March 9th - Team1 will play as Team Ukraine. [5]
- 1 December 31st - OpTic Gaming replace niko with refrezh. [6]
- 1 January 17th - Movistar Riders add bladE as coach. [7]
- 1 February 20th - ToH1o leaves Windigo Gaming. [8]
- 1 January 18th - Ghost Gaming replace subroza with freakazoid. It is unknown if subroza will still travel with the team to WESG. [9]
- 2 February 1st - Subroza, moose, and gMd are no longer able to attend WESG 2018. The Ghost Gaming mix-team bring in ANDROID and LILMAN as their replacements. [10]
- 3 March 1st - steel is unable to attend WESG 2018. Subroza and vSa are selected to join the mix-team for the event. [11]
- 1 January 1st - food and vanity leave Team Singularity. [12]
- 2 January 11th - Infinite and motm join Team Singularity. [13]
- 3 February 11th - Team Singularity release Infinite. [14]
- 4 February 12th - floppy joins Team Singularity. [15]
- 1 November 26th - meyern leaves Furious Gaming. [18]
- 2 December 3rd - guishorro joins Furious Gaming. [19]
- 3 January 28th - restik and nbl join Furious Gaming. However, Luken announces that the team will be using the same team composition as they used during the South American Qualifier. [20]
- 1 January 10th - Revolution replace Differ3nt with hoag. [24]
- 1 November 11th - flickz announces his retirement and steps down from Chiefs eSports Club. [29]
- 2 January 15th - Chiefs eSports Club sign BL1TZ. tucks returns to the starting lineup. [30]
- 3 February 25th - MoeycQ leaves Chiefs eSports Club to join Ground Zero Gaming. However, he will stay with Chiefs eSports Club for the event. [31]
- 4 March 7th - Chiefs eSports Club bench InfrequeNt. However, due to the nationality of the player who replaced him on the active lineup, he will be used for this event. [32]
- 5 March 8th - ferg will coach Chiefs eSports Club. [33]
- 1 March 2nd - NASR Esports will attend the event with Pogba as their 5th player. [34]
- 1 January 28th - Bravado Gaming with the exception of Detrony are signed by Denial Esports. [35]
- 2 February 8th - Domsterr joins Denial Esports on a trial basis. [36]
