Aura
From Liquipedia Dota 2 Wiki
Auras are passive abilities that grant an effect to units in an area around the holder. Auras do not stack with other identical auras.
There are two kinds of auras, positive and negative. Positive auras will bestow their effects to the holder and all allies nearby. Some auras will also affect creeps and summoned units, and a few can be toggled between affecting all units or only affecting heroes. While most auras work on all units, there are a few auras that will only affect melee units, and others that will only affect ranged units. An aura's effect is visible as a buff if the unit is selected. Negative auras will affect all nearby enemy units, and appear as a debuff on the enemy unit.
Illusions carry all auras the original hero held, but illusions usually do not benefit from the aura effects themselves.
The standard radius for most aura effects is 900, but there are many auras with differing ranges from the standard.
Auras also have a fade time and will remain sticky on a unit for a small duration after leaving its radius. The standard fade time for most auras is 0.5 seconds.
