DeToNator is an Japanese professional esports organisation founded in 2009 who used to be mainly known for their competitive Alliance of Valiant Arms background. They currently field teams in Overwatch, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, and Dota 2.
Timeline[edit]
- January 25th - DeToNator announces their new roster.[4]
- February 5th - Gio is replaced by Julz.[5]
- May 11th - CartMaN and Bok leaves the team, yAj and Nasjo joins the team.[6]
- August 29th - Owa leaves the team.[7]
- September 10th - A new roster for the upcoming 2018/19 DPC season is announced.[8]
- October 5th - Pablo leaves to join WU TANG.[9]
- November 14th - A new roster is announced for the upcoming The Chongqing Major Qualifier.[10]
- After winning all three consecutive Japan Dota Cups, AffectioN! was picked up by Japanese eSports organization Team DeToNator.[15] The team would go undefeated in Harmony League/Season 1 but were unable to retain their Japan Dota Cup. They participated in the UNITY League and won the the fifth Japan Dota Cup without dropping a single game, defeating the prevoious winners Wakaranaiyo on their way before besting Team Omakase~ in the final.
- September 4th - maiki and STABA leave.[16]
- October 15th - eNVi officially joins, maiki returns.[17]
