Four world-renowned squads will battle out over the course of two days in a double-elimination best of 3 bracket for a $25.000 USD prize pool in the DreamHack Bucharest Invitational. In addition to Dota 2, DreamHack hosted competitive tournaments for StarCraft 2 and Hearthstone, among others.

Base prize pool was $25,000 that was increased by $2,50 for each digital ticket sold. Total prize pool was $30,800.

- 1 Natus Vincere was originally invited to the tournament, but due to illness, it wasn't possible for the the whole team to attend the event, so instead XBOCT and Dendi together with Romanians ComeWithMe, Zizou and Ar1se attended the event under the tag Fluffy Bears.
