Health Percentage Change
When additional strength or a flat hp bonus is gained, the current hp of the unit is saved as a percentage of maximum hp. Current hp changes to match that percentage whenever maximum hp increases or decreases. The following abilities maintain percentage at all times, regardless of anti-heal effects.
