HellRaisers (often abbreviated as HR) is an esports organization based in Serbia.
History[edit]
The first Dota 2 roster was revealed on 29 August 2014, consisting of players from the team Relax, you're doing fine, namely; Ivan "ArtStyle" Antonov, Andrey "Dread" Golubev, Vitalii "dubas" Lukhtan, Ilya "ALOHADANCE" Korobkin and Maxim "Yoky" Kim. Having failed to qualify for the tenth season of StarLadder, on 30 October 2014, the roster was reformed, and four players of Kompas.Gaming joined the team; the only player who remained was Dread, who took the captain role in the new squad.
The updated roster played together until 15 October 2015. During the qualifiers for The Frankfurt Major 2015 there appeared a conflict which resulted in Dread and Daniil "MeTTpuM" Gilev leaving the team. The roster was completed with temporary players, though no significant results were achieved. On 22 March 2016, HellRaisers froze the Dota 2 division and decided to disband the roster.
On 20 June 2017, HellRaisers returned to the pro scene, having signed contracts with the Planet Dog players, who had taken second place at the European qualifier, earning a spot in The International 2017.
On 20 September 2019, HellRaisers returned to Dota 2 with a new lineup that has the following players: Yaroslav "Miposhka" Naidenov, Alexander "Nix" Levin, Dmitry "DM" Dorokhin, Ilya "ALOHADANCE" Korobkin, and Alik "V-Tune" Vorobey (loaned). The team successfully qualified for DOTA Summit 11 Minor.
On March 2022, the team released their roster due to the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine.[1] However on April that year, the team announced the return of the same roster.[2]
On April 2023, it was announced that the team will stop using the HellRaisers tag as it was not ready to be active in esports but the roster and management will remain unchanged.[3]
