Horde was a Swedish professional Dota 2 team formed by ex-Alliance player and co-owner Akke for the WESG 2016 National Tournament. The team continued to play together for some time after WESG, participating in various smaller tournaments as well as the Open Qualifiers for the Kiev Major, where they narrowly missed qualifying for the Regional Qualifiers. The team disbanded on March 20th 2017.[1]
History[edit]
- September 6th - Horde is formed to participate in the WESG 2016 Sweden Qualifier, consisting of Limmp, s4, Solitude, Pablo, and Akke.[3]
- September 30th - The team's official roster for the WESG Europe & CIS Finals is announced to be Solitude, Xcalibur, Kefka, Pablo, and Akke.[4]
- November 16th - Akke announces that a new Horde roster will be playing in minor tournaments, with Eskillz and Gorgc in the place of Solitude and Kefka who joined SOLIDUDES.[5]
