General[edit]

Magic Stick is an early game item that gives heroes a burst of health and mana restoration. It is a cheap item purchasable from the Arcane section of the Home Shop and the Side Shop.

Strategy[edit]

Gankers and supports especially will want this item due to the amount of charges obtained through ganks and skirmishes, allowing them to tower dive or gank farther with the restoration. For carry heroes, whether or not it is recommended depends on if the player thinks that their hero will be ganked often or will participate in frequent ganks or team fights. It offers cheap durability when you are low on health and need to escape and extra mana when you need to secure a kill.

It is also highly recommended against heroes that frequently use low cooldown spells, such as Zeus and Batrider, as the frequent spell usage will accumulate a lot of charges on the Magic Stick quickly. It is also recommended that you buy this as first item in a trilane against trilane situation.
