Slow

A Slow is a type of status effect that reduces the afflicted units Movement Speed and/or Attack Speed value. Slows stack additively, and follow the Movement Speed Formula and Attack Speed Formula. A movement speed slow will lower speed by a percentage, and an attack speed slow will lower the IAS value directly. The slowest movement speed is a minimum of 100. The slowest attack speed is a minimum of 20. Haste abilities will make a unit completely immune to movement slows.

Decaying Slows will reduce their slow amount over the duration of the spell. The exact rate of decay is unique to the spell.
