- 1 zRAGE qualified via the online qualifier, but split up later. zRAGE and SWYC, who had two players each from the original team, played a qualifying match which SWYC won 3-0. SWYC however decided to retain the tag zRAGE.[2]
- 2 Lions Pride lost their spot due to roster changes and were invited to a four team qualifier. Kaipi ended up winning the spot.
- 3 Vivacity E-Sports roster left the organization on April 7th and continued playing as Oslik Gaming.[3]
- 4 DD.Dota was signed by Quantic Gaming on June, 4th.[4]
