An Infobox is one of the standard features of any Liquipedia page and it's no different for tournaments and leagues. This template is designed to give basic information about the event and should come before the article text start, but after other templates such as Tabs or NavBoxes. Following will be the explanation of the code, and some templates for you to use on an event page.

name Name of the event
tickername Short form of event name (max ± 20 characters)
image Link to the uploaded logo
caption Caption for image
icon Link to the uploaded small logo
series Name of event series
series2 Name of event series
series-link Link to a series page if different from series (e.g. seasonal subpages)
series2-link Link to a series page if different from series2
organizer Organizer of the event
organizer2-4 Organizer(s) of the event
organizerX-link Link to the Organizer(s) website
sponsor Sponsor(s) of the event
type Offline or Online
date Date of event (YYYY-MM-DD)
sdate Starting date if ithe event spans multiple days
edate Ending date if ithe event spans multiple days
country For online events: Region. For offline events: Country of LAN.
city For offline events: City of LAN
venue For offline events: Arena (or venue complex) name of LAN
server For online events: Server that is played on (US West/East, Europe West/East, Russia, South Africa, Dubai, India, SE Asia, China, Japan, Australia, South America, Chile, Peru)
patch Patch this event is played on
epatch Patch this event ends on. Only if the event spans multiple patch versions.
team_number Number of teams playing in the event
player_number In case of individual tournaments: Number of players playing in the event
format Short description of the match and event format
prizepool If the prize pool is in another currency
localcurrency If the prize pool is in another currency. Use ISO 4217 Codes.
currency rate Currency rate of the currency defined via |localcurrency= in USD. Converts the prize pool set via |prizepool=.
(Note: Will also convert local winnings for {{prize pool slot}} and add a prize conversion note after its table. Not required for currencies listed at Help:CurrencyExchange)
currency date Date at which |currency rate= was taken

prizepoolusd Prize pool in USD for the event
points Pro Circuit points for the event
pctier Pro Circuit tier for the event
liquipediatier Compare to Portal:Tournaments. If you are a contributor: Classification of Dota 2 Tournaments.
valvepremier In addition to Pro Circuit tier. Set this to true if this is a premier tournament organized by Valve.
leagueid The in-game numerical ID of the event. Using this parameter will generate a dotabuff and datDota link for the event.

stream Link to stream (if not on Twitch)
youtube Channel name on Youtube

dotatv Link to the DotaTV ticket store link. Please use US Dollar as the currency.
