Format[edit]
Each of the 8 teams will be initially placed into two groups of four. Two teams will advance from each group in the initial group stage to play in the second group stage. The two advancing teams from the second group stage will compete in the grand finals which will be a best of 5 series in which the winner will advance to main tournament of TI3. All group stage matches will be best of 3. The loser will also be flown to Seattle to compete live for the Wildcard slot.

- 1 Due to roster issues, LGD was moved from direct invite to qualifiers. LGD received Tongfu's spot in the Eastern Qualifier.[1]
- 2 Neolution International were replaced by Ledion Dreamz.[2]
