- Participants
- Twelve teams
- Two from each region (2nd and 3rd place from each Regional Qualifier)
- Twelve teams
- Group Stage - October 8th - October 9th, 2022
- Two groups of six teams
- Single round-robin
- All matches are Bo2
- Top four teams in each group advance to the upper bracket of the playoffs
- Remaining teams in each group proceed to the lower bracket of the playoffs

- If there is a tie along the Upper and Lower Bracket, an additional set of matches will be played:
- Two teams - Bo3 match
- Three or more teams - Bo1 round-robin
- The other ties will be resolved as follows, in descending order of importance;
- Head-to-head result between the tied teams
- Result against lower seeded teams (from directly below till last place)
- If a tie can be broken along the way, the process is restarted
- Coin toss
- Playoffs - October 10th - October 12th, 2022
