Wraith King's entire model, items, and loadout pedestal have been stripped down to the bone and redesigned into a full item set to reflect the calcified glory of his former days.
Includes an entirely new model and a full set of animations for Wraith King Skeletons. This model is bound to the sword, not the crown.
Features a full set of new animations and ambient effects, including attack effects.
Includes new animations, particle effects, gravestone model, and sound effects for Reincarnation. The gravestone model is also used by Aegis of the Immortal, but the other effects are not.
Includes new particle effects and skull model for Wraithfire Blast.
Includes new animations and particle effects for Mortal Strike, as well as a kill effect for kills done with a Mortal Strike crit. The effect includes an animation, particle effects, and a sound effect. The kill effect triggers when the targe dies within 1 second after the crit occured.
Features a custom High-Five effect, with a skeletal hand model and a firy trail.
Features custom ability and hero icons.
Has a kill tracker that keeps track of each hero killed. Killed heroes can be viewed on a map that is accessible in the hero loadout.

The One True King forever expands the frontiers of his empire.
Kill 100 marked enemy heroes to cross them off the One True King's collector's list and unlock the Malignant Rule alternate style, featuring a variant color theme for its effects.
Harvest the bones of fallen foes after each victory to unlock the second style. Check the scoreboard during the game to see which heroes are eligible tribute, and view the collection in the hero loadout.
Only heroes released prior to this Arcana's release are on the map (see gallery), newer heroes are not displayed.

- This set is based on Wraith King's old model, Skeleton King.
- The line "▶️ People keep asking if I'm back. Yeah, I'm thinking I'm back." comes from the John Wick media franchise.
- The lines ▶️ "Let's call it a draw?" and ▶️ "I'll bite your legs off." allude to the Black Knight sketch in the film Monty Python and the Holy Grail
- There are several bugs present on this set:
- Aegis of the Immortal's Reincarnation uses the custom tombstone model as well, however, the animation of the tombstone is adapted to the shorter delay of Wraith King's Reincarnation, and thus disappears too early when used by Aegis.
