- Eight invited teams
- Two teams qualified from China and Southeast Asia
- Group Stage - July 29th - August 5th, 2020
- Two groups of six teams
- Single round-robin
- All matches are Bo2
- Top two teams from each group advance to the upper bracket of the playoffs
- 3rd and 4th place teams from each group advance to the lower bracket of the playoffs
- Bottom two teams from each group are eliminated

- 1 Avengerls were replaced by Ares Gaming on July 12th.
- 2 Rappy were replaced by Sam_H on July 18th.[2]
- 3 Team Sirius withdrew due to roster changes, the 3rd place of China and Southeast Asia qualifiers will play a Bo3 to determine which team will replace them.
