The 2016 HCT - Asia-Pacific Spring Southeast Asia Preliminary is part of the spring leg of the Hearthstone World Championship Circuit. It serves as a qualifying tournament that determined Southeast Asia's representative to the APAC Winter Finals. The top 4 matches was streamed live on the official Hearthstone Twitch Channel at 2016-05-22 20:00 GMT+8.

Format[edit]
- General: Best of 5, "Conquest" with 1 ban format.
- 32 player Double Elimination Bracket.
- Champion advances to the Main Event.

- 32 slots were available for the SEA Preliminaries.
- 22 players were able to obtain at least 8 HCT points and were qualified for the SEA Preliminaries.
- 104 players were able to obtain at least 3 HCT Points. A single elimination tournament was held wherein the top 10 players of the tournament were granted the remaining 10 slots for the SEA Preliminaries.[1]
