This ability to outright destroy a Minion, regardless of Divine Shield or Health, is always nice to have. Furthermore, at 5 Mana this card isn't too expensive to consider using. It is most useful for removing a particularly powerful threat, or a Taunt Minion that is stopping your momentum and halting your attack. Therefore, it is best to save this card for when you need it to not die or when you can do some real damage, rather than use it whenever your can get a little board advantage or just a few points of damage to your opponent. The card even kills minions with Divine Shield, saving you the trouble of attacking the minion first before killing it off with something else.
