The 2024 Hearthstone World Championship will feature the year’s best sixteen players competing for their share of the $500,000 (USD) prize pool.
The 2024 Hearthstone competitive season will feature three major Standard events throughout the year: two Masters Tour seasonal championships, leading into the 2024 World Championship. Each Masters Tour will have 16 top competitors fighting for their share of $50,000 (USD). The top two finishers from each Masters Tour will earn an invitation to the World Championship at the end of the year. Of the remaining 12 slots, 8 will reward player consistency throughout the year in Europe, Asia-Pacific and Americas. These invites will be given to the top total Competitive Points earners across all of February, March, June, July, October, and November (two slots for the highest earners in each region, plus two slots for the highest point earners who haven’t yet earned an invite, regardless of region). The final 4 slots will be filled by Chinese players who will be able to qualify through a separate qualifying tournament.
