Prize Pool[edit]

Participating teams earn the following prizes for each of two Parts of Phase 2:

  • 1st place in a Part: 35,000 USD
  • 2nd: 27,500 USD
  • 3rd-8th: 25,000 USD

425,000 USD is spread among the teams as seen below:

Gillyweed will cast Week 1-5.
Dreadnaught will cast Week 6-10.

Participating Teams[edit]

1, 2 Gale Force eSports decided to not continue in the HGC. The roster continued as Team DJ and later got picked up by Endemic Esports.
3 Kala started the season as the coach of Tempo Storm, but got replaced by Swoy, while he became the new Team Manager on July 13th.[1]
Swoy left the team shortly after the Western Clash in August.
4 After some weeks of playing as stand-in for psalm, who retired right before the start of the new season, ViN officially joins Tempo Storm as new player on July 18th.[2]
5 Aware from LFM Esports retires after Week 5 to persue a job opportunity. He will be replaced by Darkchimaera for the second half of Phase 2.
6 Arthelon from HeroesHearth Esports retires after Week 7. For the remaining weeks he got replaced mainly by TalkingTrees and Homicidal.
