League Championship Series 2022 Spring is the 10th North American LCS season.
Ahead of the 2022 Spring season, it was announced that Bjergsen would leave TSM, ending an 8 year period with the organisation. [1] A day later, 
SwordArt was also released, a year after signing a multi-million dollar deal with the organisation. [2] TSM also removed 
PowerOfEvil and 
Lost from the active roster later on and later announced Keaiduo, Shenyi, and Tactical. [3] Ahead of Lock-In, 100 Thieves promoted 
Tenacity to their starting lineup, causing them to now field six starting players. [4] Evil Geniuses released Jiizuke after playing with him for 2 years, promoting academy player Jojopyun to the main roster. They also signed 
Inspired as their starting jungler. [5] After a one-year hiatus, Biofrost returned to competing, signing with Dignitas for the spring season, replacing Aphromoo. River (Korean player) replaced Akaadian while Blue replaced Yusui [6].
Counter Logic Gaming completely revamped their roster by releasing the old one and adding five new players in Jenkins, Contractz, Palafox, Luger, and poome. [7] Golden Guardians also changed multiple players on their team. Ic0nic and Chime were moved down to the academy roster while moving Stixxay into a coaching position. Replacing them are Pridestalkr, Lost, and Olleh. [8] Coming at a surprise, Cloud9 revamped most of their roster. Perkz left the team to return to Europe, Vulcan left for Evil Geniuses, Zven was moved to the academy roster while Fudge roleswapped to midlane. Replacing the former players are Summit, Berserker, and Isles. They also notably signed LS as head coach. [9] Team Liquid overhauled their roster by replacing Alphari, Jensen, and Tactical with Bwipo, Bjergsen, Hans Sama [10]

- Group Stage - February 5th - March 27th, 2022
- Double Round Robin
- Each team plays 18 matches.
- All matches are Bo1
- 1st to 6th place will play the Playoffs
- 1st to 4th place are seeded into Semifinals
- 5th and 6th place are seeded into Losers' Round 1
- Playoffs - April 2nd - April 24th, 2022
- Double Elimination
- All matches are Bo5
- Winner qualifies for Mid-Season Invitational 2022
