SK Gaming Prime is the German Academy team of SK Gaming. Founded in 1997 under the name "Schroet Kommando" in Oberhausen, Germany, SK has since then grown into one of the largest and most well-known esports organizations in the world. They are primarily known for their hugely successful Counter-Strike team.

- January 8th - According to the of Legends Esports League-Recognized Contract Database, Sacre and Jenax join the team. Phrenic, Keduii and Doss join from the main team.
- January 22nd - SK Gaming Academy will play under the old name of SK Gamings sister team, SK Gaming Prime.[1]
- February 12th - Brokenshard will move to the main team to be their Head Coach.[2]
- March 23rd - Kanani joins from MAD Lions as the new Head Coach.[3]
- May 2nd - Head Coach Kanani announces free agency.[4]
- May 22nd - Sacre takes the starting position in the main team as Werlyb moves to SK Gaming Prime.[5]
- May 28th - SirNukesAlot joins the roster, replacing Doss.[6]
- September 30th - SirNukesAlot becomes free agent.[7]
- August 1st - Jenax is promoted to the main roster.[8]
- November 6th - Reeker joins the roster.[9]
- December 3rd - Keduii announces free agency.[10]
- January 1st - Werlyb announces his departure from SK Gaming Prime.[11]
- January 14th - SK Gaming Prime reveals its new roster. Ventair, Tiger and Trymbi join. Obvious joins as an Assistant Coach.[12]

- May 30th - Trymbi leaves.[14]
- June 5th - The SK Gaming Prime roster for Prime League Summer 2020 is announced. Ventair leaves. Alois, Adept and Sedrion join. Mantik joins as manager. [15]
- October 29th - Canee and ZaZee join from the main roster. [16]
- November 17th - Phrenic retires. [17]
- November 19th - Tiger leaves the team. [18]
