1 Philadelphia Fusion was unable to attend due to "player logistics issues".[1]
2 United States SPACE and Canada Agilities were underage and therefore ineligible to play in the preseason.[2]
3 United States sinatraa and United States super were underage and therefore ineligible to play in the preseason.
4 South Korea JJoNak was underage during the preseason and is therefore ineligible to play.
5 South Korea Bdosin did not arrive in Los Angeles on time and thus missed the Preseason.
6 South Korea Gido was underage during the preseason and therefore ineligible to play.
