Format[edit]

  • Regular Season - January 10th - June 16th, 2018
    • Matches in the Atlantic and Pacific Divisions will play out live from the Blizzard Arena each Wednesday through Sunday. Though the season is divided into four stages, wins and losses will count towards teams' full-season records and all-important seeding for the postseason. On the last Sunday of each stage, the top teams will compete for hefty bonuses and the title of stage winner.
      • Stage 1 - January 10th - February 10th, 2018 [1]
      • Stage 2 - February 21st - March 25th, 2018 [2]
      • Stage 3 - April 4th - May 6th, 2018 [3]
      • Stage 4 - May 16th - June 17th, 2018 [3]
    • All matches in the Regular Season will consist of four-map sets
    • Each Stage of the Regular Season will have its own 8 map pool.
  • The top team in each Division, and the next top 4 finishers from the entire league, advance to the Championship Playoffs in July
    • The top seed from each Division will receive a first-round bye.
    • Standings tiebreakers:
      • Number of match wins;
      • Cumulative map differential;
      • Head-to-head map differential;
      • Head-to-head record;
      • Tiebreaker Match;

Transfer Window[edit]

The Transfer Window is defined as the period of time in which Teams can complete trades involving other Teams and/or sign new Players. The Transfer Window is the only time in which these changes can occur following October 30th, 2017.

  • The Free Agent Signing Period will open on January 22nd, 2018.
  • The Trade Window will open on February 11th, 2018.
  • Newly acquired players may be added to a team’s active roster beginning February 21st, 2018, the first day of Stage 2.
  • The Transfer Window closes on April 3rd, 2018, and rosters will lock for the remainder of the season and playoffs.[4]
