  • Community Countdown festivities kick off on Saturday, February 9, with a series of team scrims and showmatches.

Team Scrims[edit]

  • Team Scrims
    • Format: the winner of each matchup is the first team to win two maps.
    • The losing team will pick the subsequent map, and the winning team will select whether they want to attack or defend.
    • Game modes will be played in the following order: control, hybrid, assault, escort
    • The first map will be predetermined by the league from the Stage 1 map pool.
    • Game settings:
      • First 4 matches: standard competitive.
      • Last 6 matches: mystery heroes.
  • After the first four matches, it was announced that the rest of the matches would be played as mystery heroes instead.

    • There’s no B.O.B., Dynamite, or elimination camera.
    • There’s no capture point, and both players will be revealed to each other after 60 seconds. If there is not an elimination after five minutes, the round will end and be restarted.

    • Biotic Grenade is disabled, Biotic Rifle damage is set to maximum, and there’s no elimination camera.
