Overwatch League - 2019 Stage 1

Format[edit]
- Matches in the Overwatch League will play out live from the Blizzard Arena each Thursday through Sunday. Though the season is divided into four stages, wins and losses will count towards teams' full-season records and seeding for the postseason. Stage Finals will be held after the stage. Eight teams will qualify, including the two division leaders in the stage, along with the next six teams in the stage standings regardless of division.
- Stage 1 - February 14th - March 17th, 2019

- All matches are played in a four (4) maps format:
- If both teams tie a map, tiebreaker will not be played and the tie map will not be shown on the scoreboard;
- If both teams tie the series (2-2), a fifth map will be played (Control).
- Top eight (8) advance to the Stage 1 Playoffs
- Standings tiebreakers:
- Number of match wins;
- Cumulative map differential;
- Head-to-head map differential;
- Head-to-head record;
