- All-Star Game
- Coaches will draft among the 18 players at each All-Star event to field two teams that will play a 6v6 match in a three-map set. In the event of a tie, an additional map will be played.
- Map order:
- Map 1: Standard competitive 6v6 on a hybrid map.
- Map 2: Teams pick opponent roster and play on an escort map. For this map, each team will submit six heroes for a 2-2-2 comp to be played by the opposing team. Players will not be required to play their traditional roles.
- Map 3: Tiny Overwatch Workshop mode—where all players start off with tiny character models, but begin to grow in size as they do damage and healing—using a control map.
- Map 4 (tiebreaker, if needed): All Damage/All Tank/All Support on a first-to-2 control maps. Each round of the map will feature all players playing one specific role.

Widowmaker 1v1[edit]
- Widowmaker 1v1
- Eight players are randomly drawn in a single elimination bracket.
- Matches are first-to-5 eliminations, except for the final, which is first-to-9 eliminations.
- Headshots only. No assault rifle fire. No capture point (for Asia). Opposition revealed after 60 seconds (for Asia). A round ends in a draw and is reset after five minutes if there’s no elimination. No kill camera. Crouching limited to 2 crouches per second.
- Maps:
- Asia: Castillo (quarterfinals), Ecopoint: Antarctica (semifinals), Necropolis (final)

- Talent Takedown - Asia
- For All-Stars Asia, two teams of talent from China and South Korea will play a 6v6 match in a two-map set. At the beginning of each map, one of the teams will choose a buff that will be applied to the current map and secretly shared with the viewing audience.
- Map order:
- Map 1: Quick Play Classic on Lijiang Tower (China talent picks buff)
- Map 2: Quick Play Classic on Busan (South Korean talent picks buff)
- Available buffs (usable once):
- Total Mayhem: Reduced ability cooldown time and increased health
- Low movement gravity
- Double damage, double healing, and increased movement speed
- Mystery Heroes: Respawn as random hero

- Talent Takedown - North America
- In NA, the Talent Takedown is 6v6 competition across a three-map set.
- Map order:
- Map 1: Ft. Genji and Tracer on Hollywood, King's Row, Blizzard World
- Map 2: GOATS on Rialto, Havana, Route 66
- Map 3: Ft. Widow and Tracer on Ilios, Lijiang, Busan
- Map 4 (tie breaker, if needed): Standard Competitive

- The Skills Challenges are exclusively played at All-Stars Asia.
Winston Skills Challenge[edit]
- Winston Skills Challenge
- Four players are randomly drawn in a single elimination bracket.
- The first Winston to push a neutral Wrecking Ball into the Ilios Well gains a point.
- Unlimited Primal Rage.
- If a Winston pushes the Wrecking Ball off the map or if a Winston falls off or gets knocked off the map, the opponent scores a point.
- For the two semifinal matches, it’s a first-to-2 points. The final is first-to-3 points.
