Notes
- The Week 13 East Region matches are played at a Shanghai Dragons homestand, with the rest of the China-based teams (the Chengdu Hunters, Guangzhou Charge, Hangzhou Spark, and Los Angeles Valiant) also competing on location. The Korea-based teams (the New York Excelsior, Philadelphia Fusion and Seoul Dynasty) will play these matches remotely.[1]
- The Dallas Fuel play their first Week 13 West Region opening match against the Houston Outlaws in front of an audience at Esports Stadium Arlington but online. This marks the first West Region (North America/Europe) match where at least one team has a live audience since March 2020.
