The PUBG Nations Cup 2023 is the third Nations Cup, also represents the All-Star event in the 2023 Season. Top players are chosen by their peers to represent their nation in competitive PUBG. Only the most talented battle royale players have a chance to take on the world's best for a shot at glory and a share of the prize pool.
This is the first tournament to introduce Vikendi as an official competitive map, alongside the Miramar Sandstorm version.

An additional 30% of all PNC 2023 Skin sales are added to the total prize pool.

- #3 - Player-to-Player vote between all starters in the PTS 2023 Phase 1 (excludes 5th-7th players)
- #4 - Mutually decided by the above three players and the team's coach
- Coach - Appointed by KRAFTON Thailand
- Up to 2 from the same organization.

Vietnam
- #1 - Most Eliminations combining both PVS 2023 Spring and Top 16 finals of PGS2 APAC Qualifier
- #2 - Appointed by KRAFTON Vietnam based on the performance in the first 6 months of 2023
- #3 - Player-to-Player vote between all starters in the PGS2 APAC Qualifier (excludes 5th-7th players)
- #4 - Appointed by KRAFTON Vietnam based on the list of candidates curated by the first three players + coach
- Coach - Appointed by KRAFTON Vietnam
- Up to 2 from the same organization.

India
- Champion of Skyesports PNC 2023 Qualifier

Australia
- #1 - MVP of the SEA & OCE Region decided by an internal calculation taken from a combination of PCR1 Grand Finals and PGS2 APAC Qualifiers
- #2 - MVP of the Americas Region decided by an internal calculation taken from a combination of PAS1 Grand Finals and PGS2 Americas Qualifiers Grand Finals
- #3-4 - Popular vote between pro players, voted by pro players.
- Coach - Mutually decided by the above four players. Additionally players can be appointed as coach instead.
- Up to 2 from the same organization.

Japan
- #1 - Guaranteed Spot from the PJC Phase 1 Champion SunSister
- #2-4 - Player-to-Player vote between all players in the PJC Phase 2 Circuit 1 and Circuit 2
- Coach - Mutually decided by the above four players.
- Up to 3 from the same organization.

China
- #1-3 - 1 Guaranteed Spot from all Global Partner Teams 17, 4AM and PeRo
- #4 - Guaranteed Spot from the best non-GPT team in PGS1 Tianba
- Coach - Winning coach of 2023 Champions Spring

South Korea
- All players are selected through the same process
- PNC Committee is formed to decided all four players
  - Includes 1 director and 5 experts (commentators and producers in the PWS Korea Phase 1)
  - The committee will select all four players through an offline meeting
- Coach - Selected by the committee among Coaches from 10 PWS Pro Teams
- Up to 3 from the same organization.

Chinese Taipei
- #1 - Guaranteed Spot for the PML Phase 1 top performing player
- #2-4 - Voted from 10 anchor-selected players that played in PML Phase 1 and PGS2 APAC Qualifier
- Coach - Mutually decided by the above four players.

United Kingdom Germany Türkiye Denmark
- All players are selected through the same process
- Decided by an evaluation taken from a combination of PEC Spring, The Rotation and PGS2 EMEA Qualifier based on the Average of the following stats: Team Placement, Kills Per Match and Time Survived
  - Also includes players who competing in other regions ( e.g. PAS Phase 1 and PGS2 AM Qualifier )
- Coach - Mutually decided by the above four players.

United States Canada Argentina
- #1-2 - MVP's of the Americas Region decided by an internal calculation taken from a combination of PAS1 Grand Finals and PGS2 Americas Qualifiers Grand Finals
- #3-4 - Popular vote between pro players, voted by pro players.
- Coach - Mutually decided by the above four players.
