Hungarian Open: Season 3 is the first Hungarian Open season in 2021. This marks the season when the tournament was acquired by Hungarian National Esports Championship (MNEB) organised by HUNESZ, and Hungarian Open is an official associated tournament of MNEB.

Group Stage - April 17th - May 23rd
- Teams are split into 2 groups of 8.
- All matches are Bo5.
- Tiebreakers:
  - Matches won
  - Game differential
  - Matches won in matches between tied teams
  - Game differential in matches between tied teams
- 1st place teams qualify for Final Four.
- 2nd place teams proceed to Playoff: Winners' Final.
- 3rd and 4th place teams proceed to Playoff: Losers' Quarter-Final.
- 5th place teams retain their spot for Hungarian Open 2021-22: Fall League - Division I, but do not proceed to the Playoff.
- 6th and 7th place teams are relegated to Promotion Playoffs.
- 8th place teams are eliminated and will need to requalify for Hungarian Open 2021-22: Fall League - Division I via the respective open qualifiers.
Playoffs - May 29th
- Bo7 Double Elimination Page Playoff Bracket.
- 2nd place teams start off in the Winners' Bracket, whilst teams finishing 3rd or 4th start in the Losers' Bracket.
- Top 2 teams qualify for Final Four
Final Four - June 12th
- Bo7 Double Elimination Bracket.
  - The team coming from the lower bracket needs to bracket reset the opponent coming from the upper bracket in the Grand Final.
