The RLO Open is a tournament hosted by RL Oceania and sponsored by Psyonix for bubble Oceanic teams to improve and work towards qualifying for RLO Masters.[1]

Broadcast Talent[edit]
Format[edit]
- Double Elimination Bracket.
- Top 8 teams based on Open Circuit Points will qualify for the event.
- All matches are Bo5, except for the Grand Final which is Bo7.
- Team proceeding from the Winners' Final will be given a +1 Map Advantage, for the Grand Final.
- Top 2 teams will progress to the Master Division.

- 1 Southern Stars ceases operation. The roster renames to Apples are Sour prior to the commencement of the tournament.[2]
- 2 We've read Ninja's book renames to Slow Brain Good Brain prior to the commencement of the tournament.[3]
- 3 Apples are Sour add Airmac as substitute. They obtain a 75 Point Penalty for a roster change heading into a Monthly Final and are reseeded to 4th.[4]
