Low Tier City DFW 2023, full name Low Tier City Dallas Fort Worth 2023, is a tournament being held in Arlington, Texas on November 17-19, 2023. It features singles and doubles tournaments for 64, Melee and Ultimate, as well as tournaments for BlazBlue: Central Fiction, Guilty Gear: Strive, Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe, Mortal Kombat 1, Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike, Street Fighter 6, Tekken 7, Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 and Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late[cl-r].
The eighth edition of the Low Tier City tournament series marks its return after a four-year hiatus since 2019's Low Tier City 7 following the cancellation of Low Tier City Expo 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic (although a sister tournament series, Low Tide City, has been active since 2021). In addition to traditional singles and doubles, Ultimate side-events include Squad Strike, women-only singles and doubles, singles for children ten and under, and a child/parent doubles tournament.
