SKTAR 3 was a tournament held on May 31, 2014 to June 1, 2014. It featured Super Smash Bros. Melee, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and Project M.

SKTAR 3 was an iconic tournament due to EmuKiller's unexpected win, who was a relatively unknown player at the time and who introduced the community to previously unseen uses of Mewtwo's toolkit, in particular surrounding the use of Mewtwo's teleport at the ledge.

SKTAR 3 was also iconic for its $100 money match between Professor Pro and Rolex. This match is widely considered one of the most popular in Project M history.
