Introduction[edit]
The 2005 SKY Proleague Round 2 takes place between September 3rd and January 21st, 2006. It is part of the first Proleague jointly broadcasted by OnGameNet and MBC and is sponsored by SKY. Featuring most Pro Teams of Korea, ten Teams will play a double round-robin with the top four finishers advancing to the playoffs to determine the Round 2 Winner. Later on the Round 2 Winner and Runner-up will face off against the Round 1 Winner and Runner-up in the Playoffs to determine the Grand Champion of the 2005 Sky Proleague.

Round 2 of the 2005 SKY Proleague has a prizepool of 73,000,000 KRW combined for the top 3 finishers.

Format[edit]
The ten teams play a round-robin tournament lasting 16 weeks . Each series is a Best of Five, with the order of games being 1v1 - 2v2 - 1v1 - 2v2 - 1v1. At the end of Round 2, the four teams with the most victories advance to the Playoffs. In the Playoffs the four teams will play in a Bracket with their seeding based on their Regular Season Placement. The Winner is the 2005 SKY Proleague Round 2 Champion and advances together with the Runner-up to the Grand Finals.
