Group Selection Ceremony[edit]
The biggest story of the group selection was the creation of the group of death. Containing the dominating player of 2010, Flash, his eternal rival Jaedong, the arguably most successful and constant Protoss who has ever played, Bisu, and the outstanding Proleague performer Sea, four players who would have been favorites in any group they would be sent to, were paired together. For this, the first two seeds, Hydra and great, who arranged this constellation, earned quite a bit of criticism. On the other hand, it was their poor performance in the previous MSL that allowed to move Flash and Bisu in the first place.
