The group phase was the first stage of the tournament. Three groups were generated with four teams each. Those teams played two rounds in their league, each war had to be a best of seven. The initial six games featured five 1on1s and one 2on2. If the score was tied an 1on1 Ace match was set up.
The first and the second place of each group advanced into the Quarter Finals.
