Bereaver is a StarCraft Brood War AI playing Protoss. It was released in September 2016 and had been continuously updated until December 2016 when the 2016-2017 SSCAIT tournament began. It was one of the top bots at the time [1], placing second in the Round-robin phase of the tournament. However, it lost to XIMP in the quarterfinals [2]

Bereaver uses its own terrain analysis subsystem and combat simulator.
Strategies[edit]
The most distinctive feature of Bereaver's play is its Reaver drop, however it is capable of using effectively a wide range of units, including High Templars and Arbiters. It can also perform Zealot drops on Terran Tanks and hunt Overlords with Corsairs.
