Overview[edit]

The C Ranks Game of Thrones was organized by Kal_rA in December 2012 on Teamliquid, following the D Ranks Game of Thrones. It featured a King of the Hill style tournament featuring approximately 20 C ranks players. Every player with a C-, C or C+ ranking on ICCup was allowed to join.

There is a King, who gets to sit on his throne and be better than everyone else. Then there are plebeians. These are everyone else; challengers to the throne - Kingslayers. The king needs to defend his title from these ingrates. If he loses, he is demoted to plebeian status and the victor takes his place on the royal throne.

Tournament Information[edit]

Format[edit]

This tournament is an ongoing tournament for casual yet semi-competitive players. The format is a Best-of-One King of the Hill. The designated King faces oncoming challengers one by one until he or she loses, upon which the successful challenger becomes the new King.

Map selection is the prerogative of the reigning King. The same map cannot be chosen twice in a row.
